  • Can children be accommodated? In MDD4 Health Experience Hotel – Only Adults can not accommodate children, so we inform our future customers that the establishment reserves the right of admission.
  • From what age can a person stay at this hotel? From 18 years old.
  • Are pets allowed? Due to the philosophy and concept on which MDD4 Health Experience Hotel is based, pets are not allowed in this establishment.
  • Do you have extra beds? Our rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people, so we do not have an extra bed service.
  • Is it a private pool? Our pool, located on the terrace, is shared with the rest of the guests of the accommodation.
  • What is its maximum capacity? It has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
  • What are the opening hours of the pool? Guests can use it from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Is it open all year round? It is a seasonal pool, so it will be open in the late spring and summer months, from mid-May to mid-September (always subject to the temperatures at the time).
  • Are there towels for the pool? Yes, all guests who want towels for the pool should ask for them at the reception desk. You can keep them, if you wish, until the end of your stay.
  • What are the opening hours of the gym? You will be able to enjoy its facilities from 09:00 to 22:00 hours.
  • Do I need to make a reservation? It is not necessary to book in advance. It will only be necessary to book the personal training classes.
  • What is the maximum capacity? It has a maximum capacity of 2 people inside (plus the trainer if not). The outdoor training area has capacity for 2 more people.
  • Do I need to make a reservation? If our clients want to enjoy one of our personal trainings, it will be necessary to book 48 hours in advance and always subject to availability.
  • Are they free of charge? Personal training classes are subject to an extra cost. You should consult the price at reception or by e-mail reservas@hmdd4.com if you wish to know the price before your arrival at the accommodation.
  • Until what time can I stay in the room? You can stay in your room until 12:00 noon. After that time, you must leave the room because it will be cleaned.
  • At what time can I have access to my room? You will be able to use your room from 2:00 p.m. onwards.
  • Can I leave the room after 12:00 noon? You can stay in your room, if you wish, until 1:30 p.m. for a supplement of 15 euros. If you wish to stay longer after that time, you will have to pay the price of an extra night (price subject to season).
  • Is it possible to enter the room before 2:00 p.m.? If you are ready, you can enter your room before 2:00 pm at no additional cost.
    Can I leave my luggage in the hotel if my room is not ready or when I leave my room? You can leave your luggage at the reception desk for as long as you need, but you must pick it up before 8:00 p.m., when the reception desk is closed.
  • When do I have to pay for my stay? The total amount of your stay will be paid on the day of arrival, during check-in. Any extra consumption during your stay can be paid at the same time or the day of departure (provided that your departure is after 08:00 hours, otherwise you will have to pay the day before).
  • Is smoking allowed in the rooms? Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the lodging units. Failure to comply with this prohibition will be the sole responsibility of the offender, and will entitle the hotel management to demand before the relevant administrative and jurisdictional bodies the observance and enforcement of the provisions of Law 42/2010. Apart from the corresponding administrative sanction, a cleaning fee of 200€ will be charged in order to refurbish the room “smoke-free”.
  • What type of rooms do you have? Our rooms correspond to three different categories: standard double, superior double and deluxe double.
  • What type of bed can I choose? When making your reservation you can choose between double bed and single beds, always bearing in mind that all requests from our customers are subject to availability at the time of the hotel. You can leave your request in the “comments” or “requests” section.
  • Do you have a private bathroom? All our rooms have a private bathroom with shower, equipped with a set of towels per person and a pack of amenities (gel, shampoo and hand soap).
  • Do you have a hairdryer in the rooms? All our accommodation units have a hairdryer.
  • Do you have a minibar? We do not have a minibar, as it is not a mandatory requirement for 2 star hotels (**), but you can use the refrigerator located at the reception desk as many times as you wish during your stay.
  • How can I make a reservation? If you wish to stay at MDD4 Health Experience Hotel and experience a different kind of stay, just call (+34) 954 990 147 or make a reservation through our website hmdd4.com. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
  • What information do I have to provide to make a reservation? The information we need to make a reservation effective will be name and surname of the person making the reservation and staying, telephone number, address (for the invoice of your stay), and debit/credit card as a guarantee, regardless of whether the payment is made at the hotel.
  • Do I have to present any documents upon arrival? At check-in you must show the official document of the persons staying at the hotel and the debit/credit card with which you are going to make the payment.
  • Can I cancel my reservation free of charge? If you wish to cancel your reservation free of charge, you must take into account the cancellation policy per stay at the time of booking. As long as the cancellation is made outside the cancellation period with cost, you can cancel it free of charge through the channel through which the reservation was made. If you wish to cancel your reservation within the cancellation period with cost, the establishment will charge the corresponding amount without the option of reimbursement.
  • Can I modify my reservation? Yes, as long as your rate is not “non-refundable” and your reservation is outside the fee-based cancellation period, within which no modifications or free cancellation are allowed.
  • What methods of payment do you accept? At MDD4 Health Experience Hotel we accept cash (no bills over 200€) and debit/credit cards (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and AMEX).
  • What are the reception opening hours? The reception hours at MDD4 Health Experience Hotel are from 08:00 to 20:00.
  • What if I have a problem after 20:00? If you have an emergency, you can reach us on the telephone number provided upon your arrival at the hotel. We will try to assist you as soon as possible.
  • What if my arrival time is after 8:00 p.m.? You should let us know your arrival time in advance. If you arrive at the hotel between 20:00 and 00:00, a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged, to be paid in cash at check-in. After 00:00, check-in is subject to confirmation by the property.
  • Do you have a transfer service? MDD4 Health Experience Hotel offers the client, with an extra charge, a transfer service from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the airport and from Santa Justa to the hotel at the time indicated by the client.
  • How much does it cost? Depending on the route it has a different cost. For more information, please call (+34) 954 990 147 or send an e-mail to reservas@hmdd4.com.
  • How can I book it? If you want to book this service with us, we will only need the flight/train number, the time of arrival at the airport/train station in Seville and the number of people and a colleague will be waiting for you to bring you to the hotel. If, on the other hand, you wish to go to the airport, just let us know the time you would like the companion to pick you up.

  • Do you have an elevator? Yes, we have an elevator that will take you to our upper floors. To go to the swimming pool you will have to climb some stairs.
    Is there parking on the premises? We do not have our own parking in the establishment, since we are located in an old street in the center of Seville, but we offer several options from which you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
  • Do you have laundry service? We offer our guests a laundry service, which you can use whenever you need it. Inside the room you will find the information related to this service. The delivery of clean linen, with some exceptions, is made within 24 hours. If it is delivered to reception before 11:00 a.m., every effort will be made to have it at your disposal on the same day.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit? A deposit of 85€ may be requested in advance as a deposit, which will be refunded to the card the same day of departure. If this deposit has not been charged on arrival and during the stay we observe that the guest has breached any rule of coexistence with the hotel and other guests, the establishment will be entitled to proceed automatically to the collection of the deposit without refund option and the possible termination of the stay at MDD4 Health Experience Hotel.
  • Do I have to inform you of my arrival time? Yes, since our reception hours are not 24 hours. You must inform us no later than 18:00 on the day of arrival. If we have not heard from the guest after that time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
